tho overall the temporal BS that is all so frequent in ST allways sucked imo and s2 had plenty but thankfully no fuuggin Xindi at that Point.

season 3 was the xindi thing no? everything that came before that sort of worked imo

The Xindi ruined everything for Enterprise IMO. Just the slightest desire to preserve canon and keep the link to the Star Trek timeline would have made the writers reconsider the whole Xindi story arc. In order for there to have been a Xindi race (made up of several different species), it would have to continue into the later Trek series in some form or fashion...even a mention. After all, they attacked earth and were going to destroy it. This makes them as dangerous than standard races like the Andorians, the Klingons, the Romulans, the Tholians, etc. Same with the Suliban. I dont know what they were thinking, but the way they did it sucked.

personally im not a Canon nazi like you are i just thought the s3 idea that they had a "military" mission didnt fit with ST sure enjoyed that it was somewhat more serialized then episodic howver the studio exec medling and revamping of hairdoes clothing characters being OOC as established by the prevous seasons etc just felt off and sucked, that and the xinda was a lame idea for a race imo well maybe not a lame idea but terrible executed and god the CONSTANT temporal influences... ugh.

I totally agree with you re the temporal bullshit. I especially hated the Voyager episode where they had a future federation starship which followed a "temporal Prime Directive" and a "temporal transporter". I dont even believe in time travel.

Yes ENT S3 was crud. It even had Jolene Blalock ready to quit (she said her character had been transformed into a Vulcan crack whore in an interview). S1 was actually quite watchable and S2 wasn't too bad. The temporal stuff wasn't handled well but it also did not show up that often.

I found it absolutely unnecessary to pad Jolene Blalock's bra for added wankerboi effect. Enterprise was all about the decontamination chamber in the first couple seasons and all the visual innuendo that came with it.

Actually the decon chamber wasn't used that often - it was just that when they did use it the focus was so blatantly to titillate that it became comical.

I recall it being used at the end of every episode in the beginning. Then it sort of tapered off.

Overmind's second attachment is not a decon chamber scene - it is a season three Trip-T'Pol scene.

Yes. It was the period where T'Pol was undergoing gene therapy administered by Trip through regular "injections". This is where she began to acquire human traits.

I posted them as an example of titillation in the series to boost flailing ratings. This show struggled after season 1. They did several things to stimulate it, and by season 3 they went all out. Lots of scantily clad women, and even the men had to get into the act. They even went here with it...

To be fair, Voyager had it's share as well, but just not so...overt.

And it wasn't confined to T'Pol. Remember the scenes with Linda Park (Hoshi) like when she is crawling in a duct and loses her shirt?

Even in TNG, there was an episode (not sure which) where it is in the future and Doctor Crusher is a captain of a science vessel, and there was a Captain Riker in command of the Enterprise now sporting three nacelles. They all casually talk about going to Warp 15. Also, what exactly is transwarp anyway? At what threshhold does transwarp happen? This has not been adequately explained. But this is the tragedy of NuTrek. They no longer bother to explain. Just command NuSulu to use that fancy stick shift warp lever and "punch it" to Warp 947.
The episode was called All Good Things and it was the last episode. Go to 4:00 mins warp 13 lol . Also, I thought the federation was banned from using cloaked technology.
