Poor guy...drink GREEN TEA, not just tea. Drink it and dont have any dairy at all, not even as creamer in coffee. Cheese is okay. And drink tons of water.

I don't think the defense mechanism is that crappy. Humans would have been extinct long ago if it were. Viruses and bacteriae mutate all the time.

Last night we had a lightening strike close enough that the entire upstairs had the circuit breakers flip! That was close! we had a "pop up " thunderstorm that was very violent over our suburb. On the plus side...it lowered the outside temps by 15 degrees.
