This place is starting to rock, as is usual on ratings nights with all the guests waiting to get word on the ratings for last evening's episode.
But we're still missing a lot of the regulars...
I'm curious to see whether Ginn's comeback could pull in some viewers in spite of the rather lame previews for the episode. And if the lack of strong competition might have helped SGU get a few more viewers back or if they all decided to watch Castle instead.

Not at all. Some people like fanfic, some like the tech that SG has and uses, and some enjoying reading news from past and present SG actors, and some of us love the ratings announcement. It's like a game of bingo, or if you are slightly older and legal and into gambling - horse racing.
I'm not into gambling fyi.

I know and I actually used to be really interested in it, but lately I've myself bored by. It doesn't seem that interesting anymore. Probably has something to do with it being cancelled and all that...

As a person who likes to analyze ratings, it is still interesting to me, but as per SGU, I think the 820,000 viewers for the last ep was the final nail in the coffin.
