The Justice League original line up has seven characters. So far they've got Batman, Superman and Green Lantern movies done but are those movies/actors going to be used the same way they were for the Avengers. And yes I know they didn't do backstory movies for all the Avengers, but it will be interesting to see how they manage it, what they keep from other franchises and what they jettison, including actors when it comes to the JL movie.

Well, we did get backstory movies for the actual superheroes, the ones that qualify, at least:

- Hulk
- Iron Man
- Thor
- Captain America

The other two are a really, really, REALLY good archer and a really, really, REALLY talented assassin. I can't believe these two are even remotely considered in the same league as the others. 'Cuz a really, really good Olympic gold medal sharp-shooter could easily take out a spinning, air-kicking assassin and a dude with a bow & arrow from a safe distance.

I hope they introduce a really, really, REALLY bad comedian supervillain who's secret power is bombing in front of large audiences.

Yes, but with the JL all the original members had superpowers except for Batman (and we've already had tons of films on his evolution). Seven members, six with superpowers. We've got Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Aquaman, Flash and Martian Headhunter.

And as the link I posted says the new Superman movies are being done with a view to making him part of the JL movie. So are they going to use the other DC movies of Batman and Green Lantern or make new ones to dove tail into the JL movie (or not make any at all for those particular characters)? And are they going to make Wonder Woman, Flash and Aquaman movies? I don't expect to see a stand alone Martian Headhunter movie though.

I suspect they'll probably trim down the JL team for the first movie to be honest. Either that or several members will be marginalized greatly.

Oddly enough I think I did that already. I don't remember yawning but I do remember rolling my eyes a bit and sighing heavily as clunky scene after clunky scene dragged out.

There is still the thing with male full frontal nudity in movies, so perhaps they were using it the same way as boobs are used in R movies?

I don't mind seeing a guy's junk but when it's blue and glowing it's kind of creepy.

There has been a thing against showing a guy's junk in movies since forever. But it has been okay to show full frontal females for a long time. Not sure why that is, but it is still verboten for the most part.

They'll show a woman full-frontal but her junk is never visible. You won't see a nude woman spread-eagle facing the camera.
