Dear David,

While most of us fans don't have the possibility of seeing you in person, we here at GateFans.net gladly accept your challenge and thus cordially invite you to take part in an online discussion, perhaps Q&A style, where you can explain to us Stargate fans why SGU was so great and why the fandom was wrong in giving up watching after a respectable viewership rating when the first episodes premiered. We would also be glad to discuss any other topics you wish regarding the Stargate Franchise and its fans.
Please contact our admin Overmind One so we can set up a special thread for that purpose. We mods can guarantee you that we will make sure the debate is civil and polite, one based on sound arguments and not emotional appeals, and that nobody will resort to personal attacks or insults.

Exactly! And I know you can and would be civil.

David, talk is cheap, isn't it. Why say you're willing to debate if you really aren't. Just to make it look like you have a point when you actually don't? Or are you willing? My invitation was serious. After all, we're all SG fans among each other here...

My good man, do you honestly believe that I would lower myself to enter the seamy world of "tweetdom"? Heaven forfend! Surely you, with all your 21st Century gadgets, are active in the social media world. So, feel free to "tweet" the boy, just don't expect a speedy response as he's probably in the middle of eating his third or fourth lunch right about now.

Actually I'm not really one for social media.
But it just so happens that I created a twitter account last week so I can join in on the bitching on and praising of the candidates of my new fav tv show.
So in theory I could deliver the message.
But since it was, I believe, mr. A who extended the invitation, I think he would be the best candidate to tweet him.
And if David does come over to talk then please lay of the fat-jokes will ya. ;)

I think if Mr. A had the ability to tweet or facebook he would have already extended the invitation to David Blue.

And like I said earlier, if he does show up here I intend to be civil should we have an exchange of ideas. But, he is the one who has taken swipes are us here and done so from the safe, convenient confines of his little cyberdom. He's an intellectual coward because he only argues one-way, there is no two-way street with him. So, I'll continue to rip on his physical appearance because it's apropos to the discussion ("Eli" shouldn't be overweight) and also because DB is a bully who likes to talk crap only when he knows he doesn't have to back it up.

Now dearest Stoneless, stop looking for excuses and tweet the boy please. You know you like a good, dramatic situation, so stop fighting it and help make it happen.

He must not have a PR rep. Because they would have never let him speak to the public like that without someone looking over it for him.

As someone who has a life worth living I'm too busy to bother with Twitter so it's up to someone like you to handle these things. You're able to tear yourself away from your review long enough to pop in here so that means you have time to fire off a tweet to DB. Tweets only go for like one sentence as it is, so chop chop!
