Side note, originally wasn't she Spock's love interest in TOS? Does that mean we'll get a love triangle?
Kirk "Ahh, the Enterprise has been hit, she's going down!"
Meanwhile.
Spock "Enie meanie, miney mo"

Last movie we had Rachel Nichols as the Green Girl.

Yes she's Carol Marcus.

As to Voryk, he only had the hots for B'elanna in one episode where he was entering Pon Farr and wanted her to become his mate. Pretty good episode by the way.

Voryk was constantly trying to strike up conversations with B'Elanna until he disappeared.

It was bad enough that they had that annoying creep Neelix perving out non-stop. They really didn't need to add a depraved vulcan to the mix.:sour:

What ship is this?

Actually Vorik appeared in all seven seasons in bit roles. considering he was a minor character this makes sense. His attraction to B'elanna ended with the Pon Farr episode. And for him to be shown interacting with her also makes sense - after Torres and Carey he was the senior member of the Engineering department.

Did Neelix have a secret kitchen below decks like Eli? Lockers stuffed with crew members and crates of Twinkies? :sulkiness:

Quite right Joe.
Strictly speaking, Vorik made the most logical choice. On a 75 year voyage, that's a few ponn farr's to deal with, Tuvok was illogical for not coming to the same conclusion. (married as he was or not)

Tuvok "took care" of his needs in the holodeck.

I think the episode was called "Body and Soul".

I always wondered about that...if one has sex with a holographic character, how does that work? I mean...we have seen instances where people pass their hands through holographoc characters, and other times when they seem solid. Created by "force fields and photons", how does one have sex with such a projection?

The holo emitters work on a similar principle to the transporters with the exception that the matter created by the emitters can only exist within the active emitters' range. Matter created by holo emitters simulate all real world properties of the objects they create, including simulated living organisms.

OMG...I never knew it was her!

That's part of the game when an actor gets a role in a popular show, find them in past shows and their bit parts in movies. I believe she did a crime drama around 6-7 years ago.

Didn't DS9 have a sex holo room? And Lt. Paris on Voyager say he spent years in the sex holo programs?

I can think of the incredible, virtually endless possibilities that can be achieved with such a technology like walking alien worlds, simulated medical applications, military training, experiencing time periods and more but you know humanity's most popular use will be to get laid. :icon_lol:

Let's be honest here. We all know that if there was a holodeck on a starship not a damn bit of work would get done on any given day. :anim_59:

I would want to experience a garden as a man who is only 1/4" tall. :) Complete with insects, etc. That would be fun!

Even without a holodeck, a pocket sized virtual coochie would be enough to cause a productivity nightmare. :anim_59:. Women would no longer need batteries or "Mr Destroyer". They could have a virtual stud who never fails. :)
