I think the ratings might be even lower than we think, if this is any indication: currently, during a airing of a new episode of SGU, at Gateworld there are more people in the Atlantis and SG1 folders than SGU. I don't think this is a normal pattern at all.

They were hunting for game in this week's episode right? Come on, how is that not exciting, they can talk about feelings around the campfire, and do some experimenting "Brokeback Mountain" style. ;)

Assuming, the hunting lasts for 42 minutes and not for 3 with the rest filled with rubbish.

I thought that was my first guess. I went so low, because I hated the last two eps, and honestly did not think they would have many SGA fans that were just curious left anymore.

Over at Syfy , they are begging anybody to watch every ep, so I doubt that. I just think the action and Being Human Finale helped out.
