I posted this in the last forums, but I can't find them and since it took a lot of work to screenshot them, I'm starting it again.
These are the post from a News bulletin on GW on Oct 4. 2 days after SGU came out. Only 21 post were made, a majority of them negative. I doubt many of these post would have survived the censorship today.

Looks like Gateworld set the username "Spaceman" in automatic censors, I posted a small comment on their lame S2 trailer and it went straight to moderation.

The same day that Gateworld implemented their new policy, I went immediately into permanent moderation! They knew I was involved with this place, and Im still on moderation. I never did anything wrong. I lurk there sometimes, but its like some demented insane asylum now with guys in white coats waiting to inject people with sedatives if they dont squee loud enough for this crappy show.

I don't even bother going there much now, they don't deserve the viewing figures.

I was on there last night reading through the sga/sgu crossover thread in the Atlantis forum and man peeps are pretty annoyed over there about the crossover. lots of potential members for here seemed to come out and play in that thread. Saquist had a brill post after that bloody Killman's, guess what logged on this morning to screecap it for here and GONE Killmans comments about atlantis still there of couse but Saquist's gone!(also Professor Plum's last post on the front page - gone!)Saquist also confirmed in his post he had been banned from the sgu forum, now obviousley i dont go to the sgu forum i only read the atlantis or ratings thread so i cant say why he was banned. but it seems realy fishy to me Saquist never gets ruffled is never rude and never insulting just states facts and opinions so imho its Nice to see the sensorship back in full effect GW.

I've given up on most intelligent conversations there. If it goes against the established norm, it gets stopped. If you defend yourself, you get gagged. It's like self-defense in Canada, all you can do is run away, if you even touch your attacker you can get charged with assault.

The Crossover thread there is a prime example of censorship with a pro SGU bias. The sycophants are there in force and unless they insult the mods (which they do on occasion) they never get modded. The SGA fans are always downtrodden though, and unless you come at them with a professional essay argument, you're more than likely wasting your words.

Logic does not exist there. Only strawmen and circular logic. And the mutual stroking of a few individuals who refuse to accept that they bet on the wrong horse and SGU IS CRAP.

It's prime bull shit with extra corn added for roughage.

I know i likeed that they left in the comments by some idiot about not being a true fan and you should not post at gw unless you watch universe, even if you dont like it YOU SHOULD WATCH IT. gets to stay but saquist's post disapears. its ironic that all there huffing and puffing just makes me want to watch the show even less and a lot of others if the rating are anything to go by. these idiots leave a stain on the stargate franchise.

Where abouts is the ratings thread? just looked and couldnt find it. also i see they moved the sga thread about the crossover to the sgu forum. why? maybe in the hopes to boost the traffic there and also keep out people like me who dont go there.

The "Sign of things to come" thread KEK and Jelgate are making their typical ass backwards arguments, although KEK backed off Jelgate isn't even worth replying to. just a waste of time.

And they moved the thread because it's all about SGU, Who gives a shit that SGA fans want their voices heard? They've modded that thread so hard it's like making a statue of the mona lisa out of shit. (yes i know the mona lisa is a painting, that's how ****** up the situation there is )

What isnt about SGPOO over there? i posted a couple of Keks and Phantom pantaloons comments on rach's awards page but im having real trouble with the text, whilst the system is being worked on so i dont know if people can get the gist or not.

I wouldn't be surprised if you or Rac80 will get banned in the future. It is just a matter of time. Rac80 is already banned in the SGU section. I have read comments from you on Gateworld and I don't think that they are against the GW rules, but that means nothing. It will be enough if you annoy one moderator, which isn't hard to achieve, and you could get banned. Skydiver or someone else is probably just waiting for a comment from you, which they can use as an excuse for banning you.

And that they banned Saquist in the SGU section is really ridiculous. He (or she?) was always very polite. They will probably continue banning people from the SGU section, if they voice critic on the series.

Me and Skydiver are actually okay. I've talked to her alot and i still maintain that i think she's in a hard position since she doesn't actually like SGU. She's already stated taht she's not even watching it anymore, and every so often she'll drop a snarky comment about the sycophants.

I don't like some of the stuff she's done, but i can justify it because she wants to continue to be a Mod there. It's not nice, but that's what i think the situation is.

As far as my comments. Recently i've gotten snarkier. I will fully admit to using strawman tactics just to annoy the sycophants and manipulate them into a confrontation

i doubt i'd get banned outright. Maybe gagged or moderated but banning me would be much too public and fascist because i rarely if ever get into a confrontation and am very vocal with certain people. I'll raise the dead if i have to in retaliation

The only demerit i've ever gotten at GW was because of a too large Sig, that was it I've had many posts deleted and modded (some were complete snark like "SGU is akin to a botched colonoscopy" but many were intelligent and well thought out posts) but overall i can't say i've been picked on specifically.

Also i always read that sgu was guarenteed for 2 seasons does anyone have a link for that? i was reading through the movie thread where it was mentioned and the fanboys dispute that just wonderin if we have something to back that up.

I was thinking about this too. i heard this and keep hearing two different stories. Can someone clarify with proof either way?

ive been racking my brain and i thought maybe bw had said something about getting only one season of sga or he could have two seasons of sgu, so he went with sgu. thats what i keep coming back to.

where i got that idea i dont know. it would have to have been one of TPTB'S interviews to have credance, im thinking BW though, maybe in his jm blog post. realy it something i think a lot so it would be crap if it were untrue.

Boy am I glad I live in the USA...and in a "castle" state too....that means "your home is your castle" and you can react with deadly force in the event of an assault or break-in. home invasions aren't really a problem in Indianapolis & burbs. We have maybe 2 a year(not bad for a city of over 1 million) and there is NEVER a trial (it's always a justifiable killing)... can you tell we have high gun ownership.

I am officially OFF moderation but I have to browse the SGU threads unlogged in....which is wrong because when I accepted moderation i was told it would only be for six months! sky is one hell of a liar! Oh they would LOOOOOOOOOOOVE to ban me- I am being very good but I know my rabid fans list here is making them crazy as hell!

As far as I knew there were two threads...one in each area...mostly cause the squeedrones didn't like those of us banned from the sgu threads (and yep there are quite a few these days) commenting. BUT the squeedrones came to the sga section to badger us and try to get the thread closed!
I predict the censorship is biting them in the ass..their active numbers are way down and the threads aren't nearly as busy as they used to be. you have the same few squeedrones trying to post everywhere and make themselves more annoying.
