So many people are hating on this Acolyte trailer! I dunno, I am not excited to see this and the premise is unclear.

I think they are hating on it because it looks bad and the dialogue again sounds like 2024 Los Angeles instead of Star Wars.

Yep, definitely a factor! And the hiring of Carrie Anne Moss appears to have been to get name and face nostalgia attached to kewl lightsaber fights. 😉The premise seems sketchy too. I will give it s hot but I am not hopeful.
