indeed it most certainly is as MNY if not all the claims made by this developer lack even proof of concept and there are SOOOOO many things that need to be worked out before its appliable in any sense of the word but what it does show is that it has potential.

Eventually technology can only go so far because they can only cut down those chips and memory things so far, manufacturing capabilities won't allow them to cut any further down. That's why they're exploring quantum computing and entanglement, find a new way to transfer information at the quantum level, which would lead to greater processing power.
