Hey Podbay, I wasn't aware of the heated DWTS final with Bristol Palin before. Just like on election night, even if people just switch channels briefly during commercials to see how that's going, it has an influence on the Live ratings, which are calculated as a minute by minute average.
Then it's Thanksgiving week and many people start preparing soon.
So, just a last minute hunch... :)
