Yes, the cooking of the books. Potentially disastrous times ahead for Disney without a huge course correction. Bob Iger needs to go. And Disney Lucas needs to dump Kathleen Kennedy. But their problem, as I see it, is that there is really nobody on a shortlist they can look to except perhaps Kevin Feige, Stephen Spielberg or even George Lucas himself (as CEO of Disney itself, not just Lucasfilm). Bob Iger is like the Architect in The Matrix. He only thinks in terms of "properties" as being variables in an equation which results in profits. He knows nothing of nuance. Feige represents the best of what Walt Disney was about. Speilberg would be my last pick...perhaps somebody else?

Star Wars is about to either go down in flames, or at the very least, abdicate it's position in the hearts of original fans and be forced to seek a new audience. The Marvel Universe has been damaged badly, but not fatally like Star Wars. It can easily be saved and expanded now that they have DC. They also have the Avatar franchise.
