I think I'll be waiting for the YouTube clips of him to show up to watch what he does in Seizure.

In other DH news, he was having dinner with Martin Gero, Jewel Staite and her husband last night - he was tweeting about it.

(and please don't kill me with fire, but DH sounds a bit egotistical in this blog, I usually love the man and am a huge fan, but was a bit turned off :( )

I was turned off when I saw that he is following David Blue and BJS on Twitter but not Rachel Luttrell (last time I checked at least)

I still love DH and McKay and I will be watching his episode. It is the only episode of SGU I plan to subject myself to.

I think they were a little scared of the concept. It wasn't really "Starcrossed" as seen in the clips in A Dog's Breakfast, it was going to be more of a comedy about the behind-the-scenes drama of making a popular sci-fi show, including meddling and idiocy by TPTB. By an actor who really knows what he's talking about.

I think SyFy would be especially scared spitless by the idea. :laughing:

Do you remember that movie, The Great Race, with Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon? Sometimes when I think of all those pugs I think of that movie, the king(?) had a TON of them all piled on the bed with him.

SGU is in the way as well as TPTB from the franchise

How can they? To do an Atlantis movie would require the construction of all new sets, securing the old actors (which have moved on), completion of the script draft that Mallozzi and Paul wrote, tearing down of SGU sets which now occupy the stages where the Atlantis sets once stood. I dont think its possible to make any Atlantis movie at this point.

I know, I know. But why didnt someone at syfy not add the sga movie cravat to ther making of sgu? the shit storm started the miniute sgu was announced (the following day to sga's cancellation) the bad blood was spilled and continued way into pre-production. If they (all the big players) wanted to salvage there investment, the best way was to bring those disgruntled fans back. the movie would have done this as would a gagging order on tptb.

Its just the complete waste of sga's potential that pisses me off the more i think about it.
