Just saw the trailer for this last night on TV. Not sure if it's supposed to be horror or humor-horror to be honest but at any rate I'll probably end up seeing it at some point regardless of how bad it turns out. Sometimes you've got to see schlock just for that very reason.

The idea for this movie just seems so bad that part of me can't believe it got made. In a way I'm in awe of the fact that someone pitched this idea and had it green-lit for production. I mean, Abraham Lincoln and vampires??? The idea is so bad that it's good.

If I'm not mistaken it was a book first. So that would mean the studio approached the publishers and offered to buy the movie rights. It's by the same guy, I think, who wrote "Pride And Prejudice And Zombies".

I enjoyed Pride and Prejudice and Zombies a lot. Elizabeth Bennett as pretty much a ninja. Made the mistake of loaning it out and never got it back again
