You will find that this site, allows for alot more venting , Most people here are all fair.Alot here don't like SGU and those that do like myself are not Squees. I am a SGU fan, but have had alot of problems with some of the writing. But I did laugh out loud quite a few times tonight. Both good , and Bad. Hope you enjoy the forum.

Welcome to the club! Here you can have any opinion you want on whatever sci-fi subject. You might get challenged on it at times but you won't be censored and you'll definitely have a chance to make your case.

Emotions are running high. I think some big fans of SGU really liked this episode and are getting frustrated again at the cancellation, specially in light of BW's announcement, and dumping it on anyone who criticizes the show... :(

The announcement felt like all 3 shows were cancelled again. So even if you are not a big fan of SGU, but a fan of the other two series you felt the blow.

So does that mean, it will be worse next week? With the emotions or better?

It kind of struck me as a petty "I told you so" from Brad Wright because we didn't "support" SGU which he had used as a blackmail tool awhile back. At least that's how it came off to me when I heard it.

Well all things come to an end, whether Stargate will find a new beginning is really unknown.

Notice how Brad kept saying how much he was proud of SGA and the actors role on SGA.

I am still hopeful it will, espcially after some of the stuff I read from Bandit over on syfy today. He usually seems to know what he is talking about , so when he said he thought it would be a year or less... well, I am alittle hopeful again.

Not proud enough to push for the movie. Not proud enough of it to respect its fanbase. Just proud enough that it gave him leverage to push for SGU.
