Jack Russel- one of the 'smarter' breeds of dog. But they still got nothing on cats!

Our dog, Arthur, is very friendly with the cats, wants to play with them, he even lets them eat his food. As soon as they are done though, they take off. He still hasn't figured it out yet

yeah, they could be. but we dont do this every day. when i go outside in the mornings to do some yardwork, i bring arthur out too and sometimes bring his breakfast. the cats get most of their meals from mice, moles, chipmunks, even butterflies (watching them jump and do backflips in the air catching a butterfly is a site)

the pic is a good metaphor- analogy?- for how some people- the dog- will do anything to make new friends-the cats-. And, how those new friends can be so manipulative and deceptive to get want they want- the cats are great at tricking arthur into thinking they will be playing with him, then get his food, then they take off --- fake friends them
