Okay, I binge watched the entire Season 3 last night, and it was AWESOME! I could not wait for each episode, and I had heard there were only three episodes but there are 9. I watched it solidly from beginning to end, and although I think this is the end of the series (as we know it), this last season made sense within the story (it did not seem like a stretch-out), and it tied up all the loose ends and showed us where the characters were going in their lives. Any future show will have to have these kids as adults, or they will have to do a prequel. But it is definitely worth the 7 or so hours of your life.

Oh, and I have decided to keep Netflix for a while.
It does look like a Stranger Things is going to get a Season 4, but I am not sure how they are going to do it. The rift is closed, and it is frankly kinda played out. Perhaps they will come up with a different thing than the mindflayer monster, but who knows? The "kids" are not so kiddish anymore:
