I am more of a still shot photographer but I may give something like that a try.

By the way i have around 160 pics of Salisbury and Stonehenge. Just did not want to flood the forum. When I return to the states I will composite them and post the show.

Gorgeous pics. Would be really awesome if you could post an immersive video in 360.

This video does a nice job with 360. You can drag the camera angle around in all directions.

My phone has a pretty nifty feature for making 360 degree shots and also spherical shots, but in order for that to be useful at this site I would have to stand right in the middle of Stone Henge and I don't think that'd be allowed.

No it would not. It’s fenced off and the closest you get is about 50 feet.

Well we have a goodly storm in Southampton now which has played merry Hobb with embarkation, but Cunard showed they are pros and got people on board. And if you are going to sail straight out into weather this is the ship to do it in.

Some pics while I am on high speed:

That last picture is not on the ship is it? I know those things are big, but that would be ridiculous.

I forgot to mention that . We also were not allowed to be very close to the it and that's many an eon ago . Bummer .

I agree it is a bummer. I loved both the Stonehenge and Salisbury sites and museums, also seeing one of the copies of the Magna Carta.

Still heavy seas but QM2 is in boss mode handling them. We are just west of the Celtic Sea.

I will have more exterior pictures tomorrow. We have been tacking around a Force 12 (Beaufort scale) Gale and even where we are it has been Force 11 and as a result the decks are closed:(

Why do you always take these trips in winter?

Fares are better in Winter and also I like this weather - it just sometimes makes going on deck problematic. Stonehenge and Salisbury in the winter temps were glorious.

The sun has broken through but the winds are still on the upside of 50 mph :)
