Just a bit of trivia....BOTH Wachowskis are now transgender. Lana has been transgender for several years, but now Andy Wachowski has become Lilly Wachowski.

So, both of the former Wachowski Brothers are now the Wachowski Sisters. Stranger things have happened...wait, not really!

If I was from Australia and/or a certain Gaelic-speaking province in Canada I'd definitely be interested in becoming the meat in a "Wachowski sister sandwich".

What I'm not getting is what qualifies for transgender these days? I always thought that a transsexual was somebody who had SURGERY to cut the dingle off and turn it into a cooch. Any other female clothes wearing man was considered a transvestite. Breast implants can be removed easily so that does not change the "gender". Having said that, I do not consider Caitlyn Jenner to be a woman because he still has his dingle. Lana has has the reassignment surgery, Caitlyn has not.

I think the goal is the elimination of gender as an identifier across the board. There's a whole issue with pronouns like "he" and "she" in the trans community. Obviously some MTF (male to female) trans people want to be identified as female, like Caitlyn Jenner, hence the feminine affectations.

As for "testes & titties", yeah, not my thing at all. If "Cait" wants to keep her "meat and potatoes" while bulking up the "sweater hams" it's no skin off of my ass and I really don't care. But if I exert the mental effort to consider Bruce Jenner and his transformation I can't help but get the impression that he's just acting out a fetish at this point. I don't get a sense of sincerity about actually being female from him; I just don't get that vibe. Maybe I'm wrong but then again, I don't really give a hard turd about Jenner to begin with so it's something of a moot point.

I would probably feel differently about Jenner if he really seemed to care about other trans people and the trans community, but, again, the vibe I get is just an egotistical self-serving need for fame on his part.

I totally get that. When you hear Lana Wachowski on video, you see that she has embraced womanhood. She had the surgery and she is living as a woman and being active in the LGBT community. Lilly will probably go in that same direction. But Bruce seems to have been drawn in by the Kardashian formula, and he had to become Caitlyn in order to do that. Cover of Vanity Fair? Woman of the Year? Caitlyn bought...erm...got both. Let's face it, dried up old Brucie was never going to carry a reality show (or a custom made gown). So like Pee Wee Herman is a contrived character, so is Caitlyn. And to align with the GOP and right wing concerns? That is just out there. Does Bruce think there is a place for him on Trump's cabinet or something?

Sense8, is it coming back or not?

This trailer for Season 2 is on YouTube, but there are rumors that Netflix has already canceled it:


Unlike the cable shows, Netflix for not rely on ratings or advertising dollars to produce anything. They either do or don't, and who knows what sort of Netflix voodoo they use to decide. Here is an interesting article on GameNGuide which talks about a new chareacter in the show and other "upcoming" stuff.

Sense8 might be heading for a cancellation as reports related to the show have emerged online. According to the rumors, things don’t look all too well with the Netflix show.

Social media accounts of the series points at the other direction, with myriads of promo teasers and updates from Brazil, Italy and India as well. The ongoing feud between the crew and a couple of actors has paved the way for these rumours.

The first bump in the road for Sense8 arose after an altercation between actor Aml Ameen and showrunner Lana Wachowski. Ameen, who was originally cast as Capheus, has reportedly walked out of the show creating a void. Needless to say, Netflix has been mum about the whole unsavory affair.

The second blow to the season 2 of the show comes in the wake of a dispute between the showrunners and actor, Sikander Kher. The Indian actor, apparently, has been making unreasonable demands and the crew are in no mood to entertain it.

If it has not been canceled, then it will premiere Season 2 in January of 2017. Fingers crossed!

don't you get from the tone of my post that I am basically saying-when it comes to this episode-screw spoilers cause I am saving you 2hrs of your life that would leave you vastly disappointed and you could not get back!!!!

so,without knowing it, I sacrificed for all!!

seriously, this ep-special whatever, was a waste of digital space!

it has really nothing to do with the main story and only serves to put more soft porn on the internet! there is like 20 minutes of soft porn in it--no, not just a sex scene, but stuff that would get a NC 17 rating, most likely

and don't forget the gay porn, and then the actress, who, in real life, was once a man, who got the surgery so she could be an actress playing a lesbian (I am still fuddled about that--"I am a guy, I want to be a woman so I can have sex with women" huh?)

more i think of it, the more it seems that much of the show was just muddled together from outtakes or edit room floor scraps--they cover so much time with no continuity in between time changes

and serious mistakes in plot-showing that some scenes were used that were shot before they got done writing (or something)

1--like when the trans character-who is wanted by the feds and police, is scene hiding out in a women's shelter. she and her girl friend hide in a hidey hole in a secret door to avoid the police searching their room. then like 5 minutes later, they decide to leave so as not to put the shelter at risk of closure threatened by the police

ok, well, while they are explaining why they left to the owner, they are standing at midday, in front of the shelter in the open when they know that the place is being watched by the cops!!!

2--and then the heroin use to stop being visited by Whispers. Ok, got it, but why can Will still visit with the others,or they him, while he is high though he is supposed to be 'blocked' from such activity?

This is a serious crapfest that IS NOT WORTHY OF THE SENSE8 title!

I am thinking that NF had it cobbed together to keep public interest while they are addressing their casting and other production delay issues

ok-go for it-but it is not the sense8 we all loved and enjoyed-it is a hollow shell of the show

i am pretty sure you will be very disappointed

there is no advancement of the plot, no more info on the org tracking down the sensates, just sex and social commentary

the more i think about it, the more it does seem to have been nothing more then editing scraps with a "holiday ending" added on
