I've been a longtime fan of the Discovery show "Dirty Jobs".

It's nice to see the host of a show actually get in there and do the hard work, not just stand on the sidelines, orating and opining.

The host of the show, Mike Rowe, is also the current spokeperson for automaker Ford, and does voice work for shows like "Deadliest Catch".

And...I think he's funny as hell, but then, I've got an odd sense of humor. ;)

Mike Rowe has an excellent voice!
He reminds me of the Mythbusters when they first started out, doing all the nasty mucky stuff by themselves for the most part. (pigs in a car and trying to clean it out for example)

I love listening to the man sing. He's really very good. I also like that he doesn't pretend to know anything, and that he's so down to earth about stuff. He's pretty much the perpetual apprentice, and knows it. ;)

I've always felt sorry for whomever is in charge of cleanup after the Mythbusters do their thing.

That canNOT be fun.
