YES! and i made a thread about it... but cant seem to find it atm..

its a neat game.. controlls are a bit skiddish tho but if you are a BSG fan im sure youll like flying round in a Viper :)

Is the fighting good in the game? Does the gameplay remind you of anything else? I used to play a game called Freespace 2. Familiar with it?

and no i havnt played freespace but ive played sins of a solar empire.

OMG! I like this game...cant beat it for free. :) But I am still in novice mode and have not engaged anyone online yet. I love how it plays in my browser, and I am wondering if I will be able to play it from my tablet. Here are some screenshots:

Its free! I can even run it from my phone hotspot on my PC, so lag is not an issue. Impressive for a browser based game. Played in fullscreen, it is a dead ringer for a locally installed game! :) I could make some video....

Does it have any battlestar level combat as opposed to flying fighters? One thing I always liked about NuBSG was that they frequently devoted real screen time to the planning behind a combat operation, and then when showing the fight they would tie the battle scenes into the plan. The Ragnar battle in the miniseries as well as the Tylium asteroid operation in the S1 episode "The Hand of God" are great examples of this. So, can you as a player plan an operation?

I dont know yet. :) Join! My BSG Online name is OvermindOne I have not made any friend requests nor have I played other players yet.
