I would keep teyla and EXPAND her role- put her in charge of atlantis.
Ronon- but have him do a blaze of glory type death.
Zelenka- his little snippets of life under the communist rule were fascinating!

Weir. Carter shouldnt even have ever been a commander on Atlantis. Weir...the REAL one.

Revert to an enemy period. The Wraith got downgraded so badly from the 4th season on. Watch the first season and then the last two to see how badly the Wraith got nerfed. What ever happened to their psychic abilities? Why are they so easily to kill?

1) They are not remotely the same. MW replicators were bugs that consumed tech and resources and whose goal was to increase numbers. PG Asurans were nanite based humanoid forms who were supposed to fight the Wraith but instead had become rather insular.

2) Daedalus - no contest. Far more capable ship (and as it was designed with lessons learned from Prometheus that's no surprise), also kickass commander in Caldwell

3) The Last Man. EatG was too rushed and needed to be longer. Last Man not only was a fairly well acted story but echoes of its story played out in future episodes.
