PARALLEL (2024)

Another one of those great, no sfx, sci fi movies. Reminds me a bit (in micro) of NETFLIX's 'Dark' or even 'Sliders'. Only three cast members, but so many characters.

--also never realized how many movies titled 'parallel' there were until I searched for this one to get a trailer to post here

No, I have not! I am interested. I think I will watch it on your recommendation. Kinda has a Get Out/NOPE vibe to it. I'll post my thoughts on it once I have watched it. Thanks!

in addition to the movie itself, it was great to see a movie where african american characters are NOT criminals- shady cops- gang members- crooked businessmen- struggling rap artists- etc

just more or less regular people with regular jobs and lives
