Season three is weird. It starts off nicely but goes off the rails later. Feels almost like they changed writers midseason.

yea.. its that switchover to CloneWars/Rebels style writing --still good stuff, but was written for all ages in mind

in some ways, as good as I and many other ppl know it is, SWs tv cannot catch a break-- if its too serious, like ANDOR, too many people complained about that and how there was not enough 'pew-pew'

too much like CWs/Rebels and its the other way. why i have long resigned to just be an accepting fan of all of SWs; it all has its own merits though some far more than others. I will never watch the sequels again, and just move on

S4 delayed production due to strike, just started this month

set to release in Nov 2024 at earliest but will probably not come out until January 2025

Work on S4 to begin announced in the 'trades'

I am glad they are going with another season, NOT looking forward to the Mando and Grogu movie at all

from the trailers, that movie looks like a standalone type episode of the series that doesn't fit in

one possibility that I would guess has the strongest chance- of course dependent on what happens in Ahsoka S2- would be the Allied 'heroes' of the two shows coming together with the New Republic to fight Thrawn remnant and the Neo Night Sisters coalition

then we could see some sort of tie in with Skeleton Crew cast/plot as well
