Smart TV on a stick - Android smart tv for $70

Equiso's Android TV on a stick plugs into your TV's HDMI port and delivers a smart TV experience and, from my understanding, includes streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc). This one comes with a smart remote with motion sensor that also flips upside down to reveal a full QWERTY keyboard. It's supposed to hit store shelves in August.

Um, cant you do this same thing using your Droid phone and the HDMI adapter? I do. Use the adapter, open Netflix, and instant TV.

Yeah, if you're standing next to your TV or you get a real long HDMI cable. I'd rather shell out $70 and use a remote and turn my TV into a smart TV.
