I'm kind of looking forward to this one to be honest, since it's the episode which Ben Browder is guest starring in. :)

Not a bad episode. It was nice to see Ben Browder back in something sci fi, though I wish he could've played a bigger part in the episode.

To me, it was the high point of this episode to see a veteran of sci-fi like Ben Browder on this show. I hope they do more of these "crossovers" of sorts (mainstream sci-fi veterans in Doctor Who).

Another good episode, this series is on a roll. I was disappointed that Browder had such a small role though. Although he played the part really well it did feel like they wasted him a little bit; he easily could have been the 'main' guest star of a Doctor Who episode. Maybe that's just the Stargate fan in me talking.

Missed this one as I was at a concert by the greatest freakin' band evah!!!!!! :smiley_joy:

Let me guess though...um, The Doc and Amy and Rory (and maybe his dad still) encountered something weird, Amy and Rory became endangered, the Doc acted above it all and wasn't afraid, he did something with his sonic screwdriver and everyone was saved? Close enough? :dread:

M'kay...bring on the new chick.

Well, actually, no. There was surprisingly little Amy and Rory in this to be honest, with the big parts of the story being focused on the Doctor and one of the guest stars.

I enjoyed seeing Ben in something new again. :)

The Doctor seems to be getting a little cranky without the Ponds around (even though they are in every episode).

Good installment.

This was more Doctor-centric - really Amy and Rory were totally in the background. The storyline was straightforward and well acted, and the characterizations were well done. It is becoming apparent that the stage is being set to bring in a new companion as the Ponds are being worked out of the story.
