So, I am wondering if you guys do any yoga or meditation for mental health issues or anger issues.
Personally, for me it's been amazing because it helps me with anxiety issues and flashbacks due to PTSD.
I do the wim hof method this is the slow one. Just wondering if you guys do any of this in your daily practice or routine?
