So, I am wondering if you guys do any yoga or meditation for mental health issues or anger issues.

Personally, for me it's been amazing because it helps me with anxiety issues and flashbacks due to PTSD.

I do the wim hof method this is the slow one. Just wondering if you guys do any of this in your daily practice or routine?

Yeah, I meditate. Not for mental health issues as much as staying in a healthy mental homeostasis with my real life. During meditation, I easily come up with solutions to problems I am solving, and unraveling situations that seem confusing at first glance. It's like running Disk Cleanup on my brain. I also do breathing exercises, and I use my virtual reality headset with an app called Guided Meditation that is exactly what it says. Imagine this in 360VR. It really helps keep me focused and at peace.

Question for you...

Have you noticed that you can detect moods of other people easier than you could before you started meditating? I have noticed that, because my energy and awareness levels are more like a long sine wave instead of a saw wave.:anim_59: I am mellow most all day and rarely feel stressed. I can detect it much easier in other people now, it seems. Have you experienced this? There is now a conscious thinking step between every thought that turns into an action.

Not really to be honest I haven't noticed that before maybe if it was in real life I would be able to detect it.

I found this believe it or not this Youtube channel is called Stargate Experience. So, I had to post it here. I am surprised it works quite well on my brain. I was a bit hesitant because of the corny name.

Thank you very much for these! I am always looking for different meditation videos to change things up. I have been firing up my VR headset and doing meditation apps in there and also watching these meditation videos in VR.

I tried these, but I really need more natural sounds. Are you aware of Atmosphere Deluxe? I use it almost 24/7 for background. It has a scenario scheduler which allows you to make it automatically change from say a meadow during the day to crickets at night. You can individually mix each sound. Been using it now for years!

It is an atmospheric noise/ambience generator. You select your scenario, and it will include all the sounds used to make the scenario, and you can add new sounds, create new scenarios, it's awesome. Wanna try it?

You can get truly lost, or should I more correctly say re-balanced in Medwyn Goodalls music. Again, metal is my vibe, that's just my personality type but good is simply that, good. Unique and individual. I can relax just as much with Dance of Death, or Run to the hills with the galloping Celtic pace (HARD C you American twats!!)
Keep an open mind, or it will close on you for the rest of your life.
