To me, ALL of the Fast and Furious movies are only made to sell cars. Same with Transformers. In this case, it seems to be Chryslers/Dodges (specifically the Challengers, and Chargers). The others had Minis, and the future ones will probably be some other auto make. Transformers was selling the Camaro to that demographic it was trying to reach. Its lame and transparent.

Of course they look great! The movie Bullitt sold so many Mustangs it was ridiculous. Charlies Angels used Farrah Fawcett and Jacklyn Smith and Kate Jackson to sell lame for Mustang IIs, Pintos and some other lame car. The Camaro seen as Bumblebee is only to sell cars to boy-racer types. The original Fast and Furious sold Minis when they first came out. Its all cheesy marketing.
